In an effort to simplify the college navigation process, we have provided links to information that reflects some of parents’ most commonly asked questions.

Of course, if you still cannot find what you are looking for or if you simply wish to talk with someone in person, please contact the Office of Admissions via email or at 800-456-7189.


Students will be able to provide access to parents wishing to make tuition payments by sending a Payer Invite to parents. Please note that parents will only have access to the balance information on the payment site.

To send a Payer Invite for Parents:

  1. Student – log into MyOlivet Portal
  2. Click on the Student Tab
  3. Click on Student Account & Financial Aid (left hand side)
  4. Pay Now
  5. Click on ‘My Account’ (top left hand corner)
  6. Click ‘Send Payer Invite’

Enter in the information for the payer

  1. Name
  2. Email
  3. Message

This will send an email to the payer with a username and temporary password. Once the payer clicks the link to the student account he/she will be prompted to create a new password.
